1. Sales Policy
Return any unused product which is unaltered, uncut and undamaged within 10 days of delivery date and we will refund purchase price, minus shipping and restocking fee. All product must be returned in new, uninstalled, and sellable condition. After 10 days, or once a product is installed, the sale is final and product may not be returned except for warranty repair or replacement. Return/Shipping policies apply. USPS, or other methods on special request. Damaged
freight claims must be made direct to freight service

4. Product Warranty
National Quick Start Sales uses
some of the alternator building industries highest
quality alternator parts and warrants products to be free
of defects in material and workmanship under normal use
and service. We do not "price shop" looking for sales and
low cost components. We use products that have proven
themselves in the field and then we stick with that
product or supplier. We want to build a product that
lasts under proper use, we do not want you to have
trouble with our product. As a small company we strive to
keep a close eye on the quality and reliability level of
the products we use and stick with the successful ones.
This warranty covers failure due to defects in material
and workmanship. Our goal is providing you with the
best product possible. We guarantee that if you have
trouble with our product and have to send it back and we
find it is our fault we will pay for the
shipping.
All complete (pre-assembled) Alternator and Starters will
be covered by a return and repair guarantee for a period
of twelve (12) months from date of delivery unless
otherwise stated on sales receipt. Warranty
does not cover the bridge rectifier, voltage
regulators or the burn up of stators in complete units or
components sold separately. Our goal is to help you reach
your goal, customer installed repair kits, conversion and
upgrade kits and parts are excluded from warranty. The
warranty period commences on the day the product is
delivered to the original consumer/purchaser and is not
transferable. Non-standard or "special use" applications
are not cover under this warranty.
This warranty does not apply to loss of vehicle or equipment, loss of time, inconvenience or other incidental or consequential damages.
National Quick Start Sales (NQSS) does not assume responsibility for loss of the vehicle, loss of item, inconvenience or other incidental or consequential damages.
National Quick Start Sales (NQSS) does not assume responsibility for loss of use of the vehicle, loss of time, towing, telephone, travel, lodging, inconvenience, loss of revenues or cost of a replacement rental vehicle.
National Quick Start Sales (NQSS) shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damage arising out of, or from the uses of NQSS product by the buyer, its assignees, employees, agents or customers.
This warranty does not apply, if in the sole judgment of National Quick Start Sales, the product has been damaged due to accident, improper installation and use, adjustment, wiring neglect, misuse or application for which it is not designed or altered in any way so as to affect adversely its reliability and performance. Also excluded from this warranty are parts subject to normal wear (i.e. brushes, bearings, etc.). Note:
Warranty requires that all repairs or replacement under the terms of its limited warranty must be performed by National Quick Start Sales.
Defective or malfunctioning products must be shipped prepaid, to the factory for warranty evaluation. note: we have only refused a few warranty claims, only under clear evidence will we refuse warranty.
This limited warranty shall apply to National Quick Start Sales and shall not apply to any other equipment and its removal or installation, or to any loss damage resulting from extraneous causes (including, but not limited to owner misuse). The implied warranties, which the law imposes on the sale of these products, are expressly limited in duration to the warranty periods specified on the Warranty. Under no circumstance shall National Quick Start Sales be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of the warranty. National Quick Start Sales does not authorize any person to create for it, any obligation or liability in connection with these products. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and there may be other rights that vary from state to state.
Warranty is non-transferable.
5. Charge backs/customer
credit
Customer should not charge back credit card
payments to National Quick Start Sales once the a purchase
has been made. You must follow the product warranty, return
and credit procedures outlined above. The use of charge back
actions to improperly obtain credit on a purchase will be
disputed for not following procedures as outlined. Refunds
will be processed for returns or warranties that qualify,
they may be requested via email, fax, or
phone.
6. Sales & Use tax
National Quick Start Sales sells to business, institutions,
or governing bodies who are either exempt from sales or use
tax or accept responsibility for self claim & payment of
any state federal or local taxes that may be due based
on your governing bodies internet purchasing rules or out of
area purchasing rules. By completing a purchase you accept
full responsibility for claim and payment of sales and use
taxes where they apply. Payment of taxes owed may be
made by claiming them to your appropriate agency or governing
body. Michigan residents must pay a 6% sales
tax.

7. STARTER AND STARTER PART CONDITIONS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
Burned or damaged armature. this is from bad connection, bad battery or low voltage or key stuch on or key start function activated with engine running.
Burned or damaged fields, this is from bad connection, bad battery or low voltage.
Stripped or damaged screws or bolts. But we will help fix them
Damage due to misuse or low battery burn up conditions, unit will burn up
Broken nose cone, this is a sign of engine backfire or kickback.
Broken starter gear, or bent splines, this is a sign of engine backfire or kickback.
8. ALTERNATOR AND ALTERNATOR PART CONDITIONS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
Output (B+) (B-) terminals burnt off from loose connections or discolored.
Rotor shaft and pulley worn due to loose rotor nut.
Rotor shaft threads damaged.
Drive end housing damaged due to poor mounting or modified mounting foot.
Alternator hooked up or batteries installed with wrong polarity.
Failure as a result of improper wiring (size and hook up.)
Alternator installed in non-recommended applications.
ANY ONE, OR ALL OF THE PHASES BURNT OUT OF STATOR
ANY ONE, OR ALL THE DIODES BLOWN OR DAMAGED. We will work with you to solve any rectifier problems. The rectifier is the #1 component to fail on high amp applications. This is why we offer dual rectifier and triple rectifier products.
DAMAGE TO ALTERNATOR DUE TO BATTERY NOT BEING IN SYSTEM WITH ENGINE RUNNING OR BATTERY NOT FULLY CHARGED WHEN ALTERNATOR PUT INTO USE. BLOWN CIRCUIT BREAKER IN OUTPUT CABLE BETWEEN ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY. BATTERY CABLE
Over revving damage such as broken rotor connections, broken fans, damaged slip rings & brushes
DAMAGE TO ALTERNATOR COMPONENTS DUE TO LOW OR BAD BATTERIES.
DAMAGE TO ALTERNATOR OR COMPONENTS DUE TO OVERUSE AND INADEQUATE COOLING.
9. REGULATOR CONDITIONS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
Regulator with (I) ignition circuit burnout due to connection to full 12 volts
Failure due to no ground or poor ground or any other failure.
Physical damage to housing or product itself.
Failure to regulator due to battery being disconnected with the engine running.
10. ISOLATOR CONDITIONS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
Burned off or stripped terminal studs.
Rusted or corroded terminals.
Damage due to improper mounting.
Connected with wrong polarity.
Physical damage to isolator.
Anodized material may fade over a period of time due to harsh environment of engine compartment.
11. RECTIFIER PACK CONDITIONS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
Burned off or stripped terminal studs.
Improper mounting, physical damage.
Failure due to location of mounting and lack of air flow.
Connected with wrong polarity.
Physical damage to heat sink.
ANY ONE, OR ALL THE DIODES BLOWN OR DAMAGED.
